He may be too young for school but not to be accused of attempted murder.

Muhammad Musa Khan is carried to court in Lahore for a second time on charges of planning a murder, threatening police and interfering in state affairs.

The nine-month-old baby is accused alongside 12 members of his family.

But this time, his lawyer says the case is overturned. The judge said it should never have come to court and police chiefs have ordered action against an investigating officer.

"The court stated that police had said that they did not want to arrest the child. So, now that there is no apprehension of arrest, and we know that the police does not want to arrest him, we have withdrawn the bail application."

It's hard to believe he was one of more than 30 people charged with attempting to kill police officers during a confrontation over electricity and gas supplies.
