Taipei psychopath randomly stabs the buttocks of female pedestrians

A Taiwanese man, surnamed Wang (王), had allegedly been randomly stabbing women with a knife in downtown Taipei.
Police arrested Wang yesterday.
On the 25th of last month at around 10 pm, a 37-year-old woman surnamed Li (黎) was attacked while she was waiting for the bus at a bus stop. The assailant knocked her with force on her right thigh as he walked by.
Li first thought she was being groped, but then felt a sharp pain in her thigh. After she pressed her hand against where it hurt, she saw blood all over her hands and realized she had been stabbed.
The suspect allegedly cursed at her before fleeing on a scooter.
Li limped to a nearby police station, and was taken to the hospital. She needed four stitches for the deep cut.
According to police, the attack on Ms. Li was not an individual case. Police had been on the lookout for a suspect after being alerted last week that a 31-year-old woman, surnamed Chu, was attacked in a similar fashion. She collapsed to the ground soon after she was stabbed, and was rushed to the hospital
