Worker files false sexual harassment claim to smear boss

Ms Tsen, a tea grower from Taichung, Taiwan accused her boss, one Mr Liu, of sexual harassment - but, after getting her left and right breasts confused - the charge failed to stick.

Tsen, claimed her drunk boss push her down and grabbed one of her breasts in public after fighting with the man. The prosecutor however, trashed the claim as fraudulent because Tsen told her left breast was injured but told police her right but in hospital said her left breast was injured from the alleged grope. What's more, witnesses said Tsen had yelled "come and grab my breasts" at her boss during the fight.
