Sick Palestinians neglected in Israeli jails

Palestinian officials say critically ill prisoners held in Israeli jails suffer from negligence at the hands of Israeli authorities. They say prisoners are only released when they are in their final stages or when they become a burden to the system. Al Jazeera's Atia Abawi reports from Tul Karam in the West Bank.
