Nail gun suicide: Colorado CEO shoots himself eight times in head, chest

Colorado CEO Richard Talley was found dead in his home in the southern edge of Denver last week after allegedly shooting himself with a nail gun.

According to a Denver Post report, the 57-year-old shot himself up to eight times using the power tool. Eight! The whole thing sounded a bit fishy to us here at TomoNews. So we got the expert forensics team at Tomo Labs to look into the matter for us.

These trained scientists tested whether or not a human being can exhibit levels of pain tolerance high enough to shoot themselves eight times with an off-the-shelf nail gun.

Let's just say they didn't think it was possible.

The company that Talley had founded, American Title Services, was under investigation by state authorities at the time of his death, which leads us to believe that something's definitely afoot. Could this all be part of some sick, twisted conspiracy?
