Fresh Russian dash cam videos expose crazy people everywhere!

A study paid for by the UK Medical Research council recently found that a quarter of Russian men will, and do, die before the age of 55. Out of that number, 35% of men who die before age 55 can attribute their deaths directly to binge drinking vodka. Another fun fact is that Russia has among the highest penetration rates for dashboard video recorders, which are now in nearly every car in the country. The meteor which exploded over Siberia in 2013 was captured by thousands of drivers whose dash cams just happened to be pointing that way at the time.
Given the confluence of a high rate of morbid alcoholism and an abundance of constantly rolling video cameras, it is then no surprise that Russia's biggest export these days is video of its citizens acting crazy. In this video we examine three recent videos from the country which were uploaded to Liveleak. In one, a woman pours water on a couple of drunks passed out on her front steps. In another, an overly touchy boy gets taught a lesson by a little girl in a pink backpack.
The last video is actually CCTV footage. Sorry, we cheated! But if you watch then you'll understand why we included it. While the first two videos show Russian guys not being perfect gentlemen, the third video shows a guy putting his life on the line to stop what could have turned into a devastating accident. When a careless driver (possibly drunk?) cracked open a pipe attached to a large liquid natural gas tank, he leaves it for another guy to fix the problem. Although it was too late to prevent a fire, Arsene Fitsulaev still ran into the cloud of heavy flammable gas to shut the valve leading to the tank. He then runs out of the area just in time to avoid being roasted to a crisp when the heavy gas wafting around on the ground finally ignites.
