Digvijaya Singh has served as the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh for ten years from 1993. He took a vow in 2003 to not contest elections for a decade and instead focus on organisational work only.
The Congress General Secretary is at present in charge of party affairs in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Goa and is also coordinating the preparations for next year's general elections. He speaks about Telangana and its current state of affairs.
