A harsh winter storm brought ice and strong winds to Toronto on December 22, leading to power outages in the area. According to Canadian news source The National Post, the storm knocked out the electricity to thousands of homes and businesses and weather conditions have resulted in scores of flight cancellations and delays at Toronto Airport.
