Student shooting at school at La Salle High School

School shooting: A student shot himself with a semi-automatic handgun at La Salle high School in Cincinnati, Ohio on Monday morning, critically injuring himself.

The student attended the first class of the morning at the all boys school, where 22 other students were seated, with the weapon. According to reports, the first time he tried to shoot himself, the gun misfired. However, he successfully shot himself on his second attempt. The student was not killed, but was critically injured. The motives behind his supposed suicide attempt are unknown.
