The GHOSTS CRABS is a band comprising members from three continents: America, Asia and Europe.
Paolo Fattori met Sergio Dinarte in El Salvador - where he was working on a project involving youth networking and cultural development. They started to jam with a band called LOS DIABLOS (The Devils). Then Paolo shifted from El Salvador to India, followed soon by Sergio, to manage a project involving quality education in primary schools in rural Punjab. One thing led to another, and before they knew it, Nikhil Vasudevan, a drummer with the SkaVengers (and other bands) had joined them in 'The Ghost Crabs' project.
The Ghost Crabs perform a mix of original songs written by Paolo Fattori (the Guru Crab) both in English and Italian. This songs are a mix of genders, basically rock.n'roll, beat, punk, ska, psychedelic: Chuck Berry, Beatles, Rolling Stones, Who, Animals, Jefferson Airplane, Ramones, Clash, Green Days, Ghost Crabs, etc...
The current Ghosts line up is the following:
Paolo Fattori (The Guru Crab): Vocals, guitar, songwriter
Sergio Dinarte (The Jumping Crab): Vocals, bass
Nikhil Vasudevan (The Rolling Crab): Drums
