Man Accused of Killing Wife and Posting Pics of Body Claims Self Defense

An accused Facebook killer posted pictures of his dead wife on the site to let her family know what happened. Derick Medina made that claim to police also telling investigators that he killed Jennifer Alfonso in self defense when she threatened him with a knife. Medina is being charged with second degree murder and has pleaded not guilty.
