Tv9 Gujarat - Revenue department retains top position as 'most corrupt'

Revenue Department has retained the top spot as the "most corrupt". According to officials there are 1037 complaints has been filed against Revenue department in a year which is more than other department. It shows that the Revenue department is most corrupt department.
