Taiwanese anchorwoman not prosecuted for adultery due to lack of evidence

A Taiwanese anchorwoman BO,SHU-HUA 白舒樺 was charged with adultery with LI, HOU-QING 李厚慶, a top aid of Democratic Progressive Party chairman, SU,ZHEN-CHANG蘇貞昌. However, the anchorwoman was not prosecuted because there weren't any DNA in the condoms which were suspected to be used with Li. Suspecting adultery, a felony punishable by imprisonment in Taiwan, Li's wife reported him to police. Li was free after paying his wife 4 million NT dollars as a compensation.
