UN troops to target rebels in DRC

UN forces in the Democratic Republic of Congo will begin targeting rebels on the coming months. The country has been blighted by years of civil war and internal conflicts. Up to now peacekeepers have been tasked with protecting civilians but this is about to change. Al Jazeera's Peter Greste reports from Goma.
