Alastair Cook targets series win as England retain the Ashes

Alastair Cook has insisted he and his England team-mates are now intent on winning the Ashes series against Australia.
After winning the first two Tests, the hosts were struggling on 37-3 chasing 332 on the fifth day of the third but heavy rain in Manchester saw play abandoned resulting in a draw between the two sides and Cook’s men, somewhat anticlimactically, retaining the urn.
But the Three Lions captain is now adamant that England will go all out to claim victory in the final two Tests to prove they deserve to lift their prize.
