Sada Sarvada is a Marathi Devotional Prayer recited daily in praise of God by Hindus.
This shloka is recited in praise of God, asking for His blessings for the well being and prosperity in one's life. Devotees recite this prayer, asking God to guide them at every step of their life. This shloka is also recited in some schools, as a part of the early morning prayer service.
The Shloka,'Sada Sarvada' is written by Saint Ramdas. Ramdas Swami was born in a Deshastha Rugvedi Brahman family to Suryaji and Ranu Bai in Maharashtra. He was named Narayan and was a devotee of Lord Ram. At the age of 12, he took the name 'Ramdas' which means,'servant of Lord Ram', an incarnation of God.
