Trains to carry relief care free for U'khand flood victims

In the wake of massive deluge, which left many to strand out in Uttarakhand, the Railways ministry also came in support of those who are yet to outreach for help and announced that it would carry relief material for the Uttarakhand flood victims without any charge for 15 days from Tuesday.
