Confusion over planned US-Taliban talks

They were supposed to be the first talks between the United States and the Taliban in years. But now there is confusion over whether negotiations to try to end the fighting in Afghanistan will actually take place. A large part of the problem is because of a plaque outside the Taliban's new office in the Qatari capital of Doha. AL Jazeera's Patty Culhane reports from Washington.
