US still struggles against people smuggling

President Barak Obama is making moves in Washington which would give the 11 million people living illegally in the US a way to become an American citizen. Meanwhile millions of people a year are still trying to get to the United States any way they can. Al Jazeera's Rachel Levin reports from the coast of Baja California.
