CHICKEN GIZZARDS WITH BANANA KETCHUP

INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo Balunbalunan ng Manok (chicken gizzards)
1/4 cup soy sauce
6 tbsp + 2 tbsp calamansi juice
1 cup banana ketchup (banana sauce) Pwede yung "tamis anghang" ang gamitin nyo.
1 tbsp ground black pepper
4 tbsp brown sugar (pwede nyong bawasan)
4 tbsp minced garlic
5 tbsp butter + 3 tbsp (unsalted)
