Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aaditya Thackeray on July 7 slammed Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and his leaders calling them ‘traitors’.

Aaditya Thackeray also claimed that he had heard reports of Eknath Shinde being asked to resign from his post.

He also showed agreement on being asked if Eknath Shinde and his leaders have been used by the BJP.

“The actual traitor is now not even sure of being a minister. I have heard that even the CM has been asked to resign from his post and there might be some change in the government. They all waited for a year and got nothing,” said Aaditya Thackeray.

There has been political turmoil in Maharashtra since various leaders of the NCP joined BJP.

NCP suffered a split after the party's working president, Ajit Pawar, along with some of his supporter MLAs joined the Maharashtra government.
