Bernard McGowan is a personal trainer and nutritional therapist. Born in 1983 in Coupar Angus, Perth and Kinross, McGowan has years of expertise in the health and fitness industry, combining his in-depth knowledge of nutrition and physical fitness to maximise results for his clients.

McGowan holds a BSc in Nutritional Therapy and is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer; these highly compatible qualifications enable McGowan to offer a more holistic approach to health and fitness.

Continuing his education in food and wellness, McGowan enjoys reading around the subject. Some of his favourite titles include Michael Greger’s ‘How Not To Die: Discover the Foods Scientifically Proven to Prevent and Reverse Disease’ and Dr Rangan Chatterjee’s ‘The 4 Pillar Plan’.
