Syria coalition publishes videos on rules of war

The war in Syria has claimed over 70,000 lives, many of those civilians.
Now the Syrian National Coalition has published several videos on the rules of war.
The guides are aimed at encouraging rebel fighters on the ground to follow international criminal laws - like the ones against enlisting children.
Tim Carstairs, the Head of Communications at Geneva Call, which produced the videos on behalf of the SNC, speaks to Al Jazeera.
