Lindsay Lohan is again close to being thrown in jail for not doing what a judge ordered.
The actress is in danger of missing Thursday's deadline to check into a court-approved rehab program in New York, because she wants to change to a facility that allows smoking in Los Angeles. Lohan flew from New York to Los Angeles late Wednesday hoping to sort out what facility she will spend 90 days of treatment. If a judge denies the change, she could be sent back to jail.
