A Dutch businessman has been ordered to pay compensation to victims of chemical weapons attacks in Iraq.

A court in the Netherlands found Hans van Anraat guilty of selling the raw materials to former Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein.

Van Araat will pay 16 people t25,000 euros each.
