Second Boston Marathon suspect captured alive

There is a palpable sense of relief in Boston tonight. The second suspect in the marathon bombings is in custody. The other, is dead. Law enforcement officers say they are exhausted, but that it is a victory for them and for the city. Al Jazeera's Cath Turner has the latest from Boston.
