Newsbreaker Camera Documents Church Devastation

Newsbreaker cameraman Ryan Oliveira documents damage at a church in West, TX just 3 or 4 blocks from the site of the fertilizer plant explosion. That blast has so far killed 5 to 15 people dead and more than 150 injured, though that number could change. Police and fire crews are still in search and rescue mode and a small amount of looting has been reported.
