Chaos on the streets of Malleswaram in Bangalore, minutes after an explosion outside BJP headquarters on Wednesday (April 17). On the last day of ticket distribution in the state, people rushing out of office, running on the streets. Plumes of smoke rising, charred vehicles and a police van which was outside the BJP office leaving 16 injured.
