U.S. man accused of kidnapping his children is returned from Cuba

Joshua Hakken and his wife are led by authorities into a police vehicle, and taken to jail.
The couple will be charged with kidnapping, interference with child custody and neglect, after they took their children from their maternal grandparents and fled to Cuba.
A plane carried the family back to Florida on Wednesday after the Cuban foreign ministry announced they would turn them over to U.S. authorities.
Joshua Hakken is accused of breaking into the home of his mother in law - who had custody of his children - and tying her up before fleeing with his sons.
Investigators say the couple escaped with the children to Cuba on a recently purchased sailboat.
The two boys, 4 year old Cole and 2 year old Chase, are being returned to their grandparents.
