UN warns of humanitarian crisis in CAR

The rebel group in control of the Central African Republic has told Al Jazeera there must be security before it can hold democratic elections. The United Nations says that since the group took over the capital, Bangui, almost two weeks ago, a humanitarian crisis has developed in most parts of the country. Al Jazeera's Nazanine Moshiri reports from Bangui.
