Fetus Found in UK Hospital's Trash Bin

A fetus is found in a hospital trash bin.
In a troubling report, a fetus has been discovered in a clinical waste receptacle at a hospital in North Lanarkshire, United Kingdom.
The unborn baby was said to be somewhere between 15 and 20 weeks old.
The Scottish Health Minister, Alex Neil states “Clearly something has gone very badly wrong with the procedure as a result of which a fetus was wrongly put into a repository that it shouldn't have been put into.”
The incident is currently under investigation by the health board as standard protocol involves disposing fetal remains separately from the clinic and in a respectable manner.
Last year, Russian authorities launched an investigation after the remains of nearly 250 human fetuses were discovered in a remote mountain forest. Plastic barrels contained the unborn babies from several nearby clinics.
An outside company was hired to destroy the medical waste. The fetuses were between the ages of 12 and 16 weeks.
