American Eskimo Dogs - Don't want to come inside

This is my video of my two American Eskimo Dogs. Sometimes I like to think Cody is the ring leader, but that has changed, to possible Emmie pulling the strings so to speak.
I told both Emmie and Cody that it is time to come in. here is what happens.
