Maître Olivier Metzner, avocat pénaliste a été retrouvé mort ce dimanche matin. Il avait notamment été l'avocat du trader Jérôme Kerviel. Son corps a été repêché dans les eaux du golfe de Morbihan en Bretagne où il possédait une île privée. Il aurait laissé une lettre évoquant sa volonté de mettre fin à ses jours.
