Delhi gangrape accused suicide: MHA orders probe

After the Delhi gang rape case key accused, Ram Singh allegedly committed suicide, the Home Ministry has sought a reply from DG prisons of Tihar jail. Minister of State for Home RPN Singh has said that the Ministry is inquiring into the incident. Meanwhile, Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit has also ordered a magisterial inquiry into the prime accused' death. 33-year-old Singh hanged himself with the help of his clothes from the grills of his cell in Jail No 3 at around 5 AM, jail officials said.
