Spain’s Valencia hit by downturn

Once one of Spain's boom towns, Valencia is now saddled with one of the biggest debt burdens in the country. The nation's third largest city spent billions of euros on big projects, many of which are now empty or closed. Many argue that a fraction of amount spent on fancy architecture, could have benefited people living in the city’s slums. Al Jazeera’s Rory Challands reports from Valencia.
