Aid workers struggling to cope with Syria crisis

This refugee camp in the Kurdish region of Iraq is now home to some 50,000 Syrian refugees.
Up until June of last year that number was a manageable 2,000.
But as the fighting between Syrian government forces and rebels intensified, Syrians began fleeing in greater numbers.
Yesterday, the UN said a million people have now fled Syria's civil war
And doctors here are struggling to keep up with the demand for treatment.
Dr Mustapha Khalil from Doctors Without Borders says this is no longer a refugee camp, but a town.
He says there are only three or four doctors here, holding 600 consultations per day.
Within Syria itself the situation can be even worse, particularly in rebel held areas.
Here patients have to risk their lives travelling long distances to reach this secret surgical hospital set up inside a family home by Doctors Without Borders.
This woman brought her grandchild here to be treated for burns.
