After outrage over the chilling murder of Prabhakaran's 12-year-old son, and the Sri Lankan authorities' absolute denial another Human Rights report nails Sri Lanka with more war crime allegations coming to surface. Now, The Human Rights Watch report claims that Tamils in Sri Lankan custody were subjected to severe forms of torture and inhuman and barbaric treatment by the Sri Lankan forces.
