Yana Gupta Shares Her Fitness Mantra

Bollywood divas Yana Gupta, Mahima Chaudhary, Sherlyn Chopra and Dipannita Sharma were at the launch of Anuradha Sawhney's book 'The Vegan Kitchen: Bollywood Style' on Monday evening. Also Bad Man Gulshan Grover were present for the launch. Sherlyn Chopra said: I was a little scared to come here since for a non-vegetarian to be a part of such a book which is all about vegan lifestyle…. feels a little awkward. When I told her (Anuradha) about this, she asked me to eat vegan food for a whole week which can be tough for me since I like eating chicken daily.
