High School Fires Blanks in "Code Red" Shooting Drill

Cary-Grove High School in Chicago, IL is conducting a controversial "code red drill" in which two individuals will stand in the hallway to fire off blanks from a starter pistol. The district hopes this will help those who have never heard a gunshot before in case of an emergency.
