Ranbir Kapoor to star in Kishore Kumar's Biopic

COLORS today announced the 19th Annual Colors Screen Awards with Ranbir Kapoor. The awards will be telecasted on January 19,2013 at 8pm on COLORS. Representing the new generation will be none other than Ranbir Kapoor who will be showcasing a tribute to Bollywood along with his mother and veteran actor Neetu Singh. The Awards, hosted by the indomitable Shahrukh Khan will have performances by new students of the year â€" Siddharth Malhotra, Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhat, Sonakshi Sinha , Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra. Commenting on his association with COLORS Screen Awards, Ranbir Kapoor said, It's a moment of pride and honour for me to represent Bollywood in all its glory. I belong to a family that has served Bollywood for 84 years, and I hope to take this legacy forward. It is a privilege to be a part of the COLORS Screen Awards, a platform that honour’s professional excellence in the Indian film industry.
