Paraguay: the musical second life of trash - no comment

Young musicians from a Paraguayan slum play Mozart on instruments constructed entirely from recycled materials pulled from the garbage dump their homes are built on. The band was started five years ago by Favio Chavez, a music teacher, determined to teach music to kids of his neighbourhood.
