Another NYC Commuter Pushed Into Oncoming Train

A man was killed after being pushed into the path of an oncoming subway train Thursday (December 27) night in New York City by an as yet unidentified woman.
According to a statement by NYPD Deputy Commissioner Paul J. Browne the suspect was pacing and talking to herself before pushing the man from behind as the above-ground train came into the station. Browne reports that the man never noticed her.
The NYPD have released a video, seen here, of the woman fleeing the scene shortly after. She is being described as a heavy set Latina woman, about 5’5” with brown or blonde hair. They said she was wearing a blue, white and grey ski jacket and Nike sneakers which are gray on top and red on the bottom.
The extent of the injuries suffered in the collision has prevented authorities from identifying the victim.
This is the second time in a month someone has been killed by being pushed onto the subway tracks in New York City. On December 3rd 58-year-old Ki-Suck Han was pushed into the path of a train in Times Square and killed. A now infamous image of the man moments before the collision ran on the front of the New York Post. Authorities later arrested 30-year-old Naeem Davis, a homeless man. He is being charged with murder in Han’s death.
