Chronic ingrown nails? Don't need to live with it. Dr. Kevin Lam shows how we deal with repeat or chronic ingrowns in the office under local anesthesia.
Local anesthesia given, then the toe is prepped. The offending border is removed, then a chemical is used to kill (matrixectomy) the root of the nail. Flushed with neutralizing solution, then follow instructions are given.
