South Africa: Amplat miners strike continues

Striking workers at the Anglo American Platinum mine in South Africa continue to defy Tuesday's deadline to return to work.
Around 2,000 of them protested in Rustenburg, north west of Johannesburg, on Wednesday.
The company, known as Amplats, had worked out a deal with various unions on Saturday, including the main two - the National Union of Mineworkers and Solidarity.
