Voted as one of the best beach in the world by Conde Nast - Playa Rincon. The vote is always subjective, and depends on personal preference. It is definitely on our list of the top 10 off the beaten path beaches. Getting there requires navigating through some remote area of the Dominican Republic. There are no hotels, development, or anything on the beach or even near it. You have it all to yourself...we were the only folks on the 3.5 miles beach during our visit. Playa Rincon is pure paradise. Go before hotels and tourists get there.
