Man With Cerebral Palsy Competes in Races With Brother's Help

A remarkable story about 2 brothers who compete in races. One of the brothers suffers from cerebral palsy.

Two brothers from Atlanta serve as an inspiration to families across the world. Kyle and Brent Pease have completed 20 races thus far and they are gearing up for their second triathlon.

However there is one reason that makes the team effort extraordinarily remarkable: 27-year-old Kyle Pease was born with cerebral palsy and he is a quadriplegic. For the first part of the competition, Brent pulls his brother in a kayak for over 1 mile. Then they share a bicycle with a specifically designed seat for Kyle for an astounding 56 mile ride. Lastly, Brent runs while pushing Kyle in a three wheeled chair. The brothers have also started the Kyle Pease Foundation, to serve as inspiration and motivation to disabled people.

Earlier this year, another set of siblings made reports. 9-year old Connor Long and his 6-year old brother, Cayden Long, who has cerebral palsy competed in the New England Kids Triathlon. The brothers successfully completed the event and they have been taking part in numerous triathlons across the country under the name Team Long Brothers, proving that together, they can do anything.
