Man Jumps Into Lion Enclosure After Arguing With Wife

Following a dispute with his wife, a man jumps into a lion enclosure and gets badly mauled.
Fighting with a spouse can potentially lead to bigger problems.
One man from India reportedly jumped into a zoo enclosure after arguing with his wife. The 45-year-old male had been visiting the zoo and in front of other visitors, he took off his shoes and jumped over the walls of the lion's enclosure. The two lions mauled him, dragging him 50 feet and after several minutes, he was deemed unconscious. The man received various injuries on his face, skull, neck, hands and legs. According to a zoo official, he was rescued within 5 minutes and was taken to a to a nearby hospital, where he was said to be in stable condition.
Earlier this year, another man decided to get up close and personal with a dangerous zoo animal. The 25-year-old male jumped into the tigers den, while at the Bronx zoo. A police official stated “his leap was definitely not a suicide attempt, but a desire to be one with the tiger”. The man fortunately survived.
