Bus Overturns on Highway Killing 14

A bus overturned on the Qindao-Yinchuan expressway in east China on Sunday, claiming 14 lives, and leaving over forty people injured.
The accident happened when a bus traveling on the expressway hit a car, then crossed the median strip into oncoming traffic.
This caused a second bus traveling in the opposite direction to overturn trying to avoid a head-on collision,landing upside down in a trench beside the highway.
Six people died at the scene, and another eight died in hospital.
Of the forty injured, nine are in a critical condition.
The cause of the accident is unknown, and police say investigations are continuing.
