FIR filed against Jamaat-e-Islami criminal activists for killing, damaging and plundering properties

The first information reports (FIRs) lodged at different police stations in the provincial capital have been sealed as a former provincial minister and several leaders of Jamaat-e-Islami were charged along with hundreds of unidentified persons for destroying public and private properties during the protests against the anti-Islam movie.
The cases have been registered at different police stations in the city, including Hashtnagri, Faqirabad, West Cantonment and Tehkal, against a number of people for the death of six persons and injuries to 57 others as well as damaging and plundering properties worth millions of rupees on the Grand Trunk Road and University Road and Peshawar Saddar.
