Sept. 11 Anniversary Highlights Remembrance, Renewal and Frustration over Construction Delays at Ground Zero

On the 11th anniversary of the attacks on September 11, 2001, the mood in New York’s is a mix of remembrance for those who died and hope as Ground Zero is rebuilt into the new World Trade Center. But there is also frustration over mounting delays in the construction of a museum and several skyscrapers planned for the site. Tim Minton has more.
